KAAF Specialist Hospital Holds Quarterly Health Information Webinar, Sept. 24

Kesington Adebukola Adebutu Foundation (KAAF) Specialist Hospital will hold its Quarterly Health Information webinar with the theme: “Sleep Well, Perform Better: Finding Balance in Work and Studies” on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 10:00a.m.

The webinar, which will be delivered by Dr. Tolulope Faloju, a doctor at KAAF Specialist Hospital, is aimed at enlightening the university community on the importance of maintaining a healthy sleep routine for a healthier and more productive lifestyle.

Adequate sleep is one of the most powerful tools for boosting performance in both academics and work. Rested minds think more clearly, retain information better and remain focused under pressure. Conversely, poor sleep leads to reduced productivity, stress and burnout.

Members of the university community and public are enjoined to register and attend via https://tinyurl.com/y3z7xtp9
