UNILAG Students Raise Awareness on Diet and Wellbeing Via CSR Project, July 22

 

A cross-section of students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) will raise awareness on healthy dietary choices for improved physical health, mental wellbeing, and overall quality of life through a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project themed: Little Choices, Lasting Impact.

Organised by CSR Group 21, 400-Level students of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management Sciences, the event will hold on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. via Zoom as indicated below:

Under the guidance of Dr. O.A. Akintunde and Dr. B. Wale-Oshinowo, the event will feature a presentation on The Impact of Diet on Physical and Mental Wellbeing by Prof. Folu Olatona, Professor of Community Medicine, College of Medicine, UNILAG, Idi-Araba.

Following the virtual lecture, participants will join a health awareness walk from the Faculty of Management Sciences round the University Main Campus to reinforce the message of healthy living.

Members of the University community, particularly staff and students, are encouraged to attend and participate in this initiative to promote healthy lifestyle and wellbeing on campus.
