NASU Health Talk/Seminar Holds Nov 27

The Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) will hold a Health Talk/Seminar on Wednesday, November 27, 2024at 9 a.m. at the Rahamon Bello Auditorium, UNILAG. Themed “Optimizing Occupational Well-Being: Strategic Approaches to Prioritizing Mental Health in the Workplace” the event will feature a presentation by a Consultant Psychiatrist at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Dr Adegbite Temilade Adunoye. Members of the university community and general public are encouraged to attend punctually.

Professor Oyewo Calls for Greater Involvement of Pharmacists in Healthcare Policy

Provost of the College of Pharmacy at Afe Babalola University (ABUAD), Professor Mbang Femi-Oyewo has called for greater involvement of pharmacists in shaping healthcare policies. She believes this would help improve drug availability, strengthen the pharmaceutical supply chain, and promote the use of technology in healthcare.
