The Quality Assurance & SERVICOM Unit of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) is set to join the world in celebrating International Customer Service Week (ICSW) from Tuesday, October 7 to Thursday, October 9, 2025.
With the theme: Mission Possible, UNILAG-ICSW will serve as an avenue to recognize:
- the efforts of those who have contributed immensely to the success of activities on campus, and
- the importance of excellent customer service in UNILAG.
The entire university community is enjoined to partake in the International Customer Service Week which will feature the following line-up of events:
