The University of Lagos, Nigeria (UNILAG) is set to host the 5th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, MIRG-ICAIR 2025 as follows:

Organised by the Machine Intelligence Research Group (MIRG) in collaboration with National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) IT Hub (NITHUB), UNILAG; MIRG-ICAIR 2025 has the theme: Building Sustainable AI-Driven Digital Transformation Infrastructures for African Economies.
The conference, which will feature global researchers, industry experts, policymakers, economic stakeholders, startups, students, and members of the Nigeria AI Collective, will serve as a platform for the development of a roadmap for how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics can address Africa’s most pressing developmental challenges.
