The webinar will feature a presentation on: Strengthening Disability Inclusion for equitable ODL in West Africa by the Acting Head, Department of Education, DLI, Dr. Adedunni Omowunmi Adegun. Her presentation will explore:
- how institutions can develop an Inclusive Learner Support Assessment Framework which responds to the realities of the West African context.
- key regional challenges related to policy and governance, accessible infrastructure and technology, inclusive curriculum and assessment design, and
- the cultural stigmas surrounding disability and practical ways to create more equitable and supportive learning environments.
