Theme: Nigeria’s New Tax Era: Implications for Businesses, the Informal Sector, and Revenue Performance
The National Tax Forum 2026 is a high-level national gathering focused on Nigeria’s evolving tax landscape. It will bring together policymakers, business leaders, tax professionals, academics, and innovators to drive practical outcomes for compliance, economic resilience, and national development.
The programme will feature plenary sessions, five parallel breakout tracks, an exhibition, and structured networking. Sessions will cover personal income tax; companies’ income tax reform; capital gains and hydrocarbon tax; VAT and stamp duties; taxation of the informal economy; fiscal federalism and tax harmonisation; digital tax administration; transparency and citizens’ welfare; and global best practices adapted to the Nigerian context.
