In line with the guidelines, the following keypoints are to be noted and observed at University functions and gatherings:

- Inauguration (swearing-in) of the President
- Armed Forces Remembrance Day
- Democracy Day (June 12)
- Inauguration of the National Assembly, and similar significant national events.
2. The third stanza of the National Anthem should be recited as the National Prayer at the beginning of an event.
3. The National Pledge is to be recited at the end of every official event.
Members of the University community are encouraged to observe these guidelines as part of collective efforts to uphold national values and symbols with due respect and decorum.
