The University of Lagos (UNILAG), through its D.K Olukoya Central Research & Reference Laboratories and in collaboration with Alliance Global West Africa, is proud to announce an upcoming workshop: “Master Molecular Biology Techniques with PCR.”
This intensive, hands-on training is specially curated for undergraduate and postgraduate students seeking to gain practical, real-world skills in biotechnology. The workshop is designed to provide deep, practical knowledge in Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) and other core molecular biology methods.
The event will take place from Tuesday, December 2 to Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the D.K Olukoya Central Research & Reference Laboratories on the UNILAG campus.
What Participants Will Gain
Attendees will move beyond theory and engage in step-by-step practical sessions. Key learning outcomes include:
- Hands-on Training: Step-by-step guidance on PCR and core molecular biology methods.
- Primer Design: Understanding the principles and application of designing primers for PCR.
